Beautiful place, nice design

I liked the central and safe location of the hotel. My room was facing the internal courtyard so it was quiet but very dark (because of the other buildings around). The room was comfortable, good bed and linen, also liked the built in bluetooth speaker. Overall very comfortable stay.
I stayed for 5 days and they did not replenish the drinking water once. Same with the tea - you get 4 sachets, after that - nada. It doesn’t cost much to offer these small comforts to guests so I found that disappointing. Also the cleaners kept removing the key card from the electricity socket so that I could never leave any devices to charge. Once they even took my key card with them - economies ...Read more

The location was convenient, but that’s the only positive thing I can mention. Even the interior design, both in the lobby and rooms, looked better in photos than in reality — not impressive at all.
The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. When I arrived, two receptionists — one named Gadai and another with curly hair who wore no name tag — treated me with complete disrespect. They were laughing and speaking in Spanish while ignoring my questions. The hotel is excellent. Very well located, beautifully decorated rooms, a nice breakfast buffet, overall friendly staff - I even got an upgrade when I arrived - and an amazing rooftop terrace with a nice swimming pool. I really loved it. Really, 10 out of 10. I would always like to come back.
The only minus is that it took me a while to find where I would switch the music off in my bedroom otherwise it was constant. Nice music, but at a certain point you want some peace; once I found it, a little button on the wall, it was easy, and no problem anymore.
Disappointed … AC did not work… room service was poor

Very good location for getting to all major city centre tourist locations, we mostly walked everywhere to/ from the hotel. Big comfy bed, and very good housekeeping service. The breakfast was great , lots of choice from the buffet and replenished quickly when busy
The shower was quite difficult to work, we had to fiddle about with the three different taps to get it to come on warm overhead, once we’d done that it was a good rainfall shower
