Good location, comfy Bed.
Bathroom was old and didnt look clean.
Very good location for getting to all major city centre tourist locations, we mostly walked everywhere to/ from the hotel. Big comfy bed, and very good housekeeping service. The breakfast was great , lots of choice from the buffet and replenished quickly when busy
The shower was quite difficult to work, we had to fiddle about with the three different taps to get it to come on warm overhead, once we’d done that it was a good rainfall shower
Great hotel: good location; clean; great design; comfortable bed and room facilities; very friendly and helpful staff; free welcome drink; room with balcony window; gym; excellent breakfast.

The staff was amazing, we traveled with our 1 year old daughter, and Anna from the staff noticed her and left some balloons, a toy and a drawing for her! The breakfast was also really good, with options for adults as well as children. There are great options to eat nearby too.

Hello, I recently completed my third stay at your hotel and unfortunately, it was a highly disappointing experience. The room was extremely small, poorly maintained (the entrance door got stuck), the sound system didn’t work, and worst of all — there was no window for fresh air. Excellent location, walking distance from the old town, beach, and park. Elegant interior, good breakfast, polite staff.
The shower tends to flood the bathroom as the barrier is not large enough.
Spacious and clean rooms, comfortable beds, perfect place to walk around the city. Friendly staff and tasty breakfast. Everything you need to visit Barcelona :)
The most important thing is the staff were very friendly and helpful specially the day that barcelona went blackout no electricity. They help us so much. The room is very clean and very tidy. The toilet has a hose (bidet shower) that its very difficult to find in europe hotels. And finally its very close to main attraction points and shops

Smooth check in/out, good location, clean and comfortable, good air con, sweets in a rose shape was a nice touch on St Jordi's day
Our room was next door to a building site, so hammering and drilling all day. Reconsider if you need to work during the day. The works were in the building adjacent and in the courtyard out the back. We asked to be moved, and thankfully were given a new room away from the adjacent building, but could still hear the works in the back courtyard - were told Barcelona is a noisy city.
