Beautiful mountain location and views, friendly staff, neat and clean rooms and facilities.
WiFi at the resort was non-existent. At first we attributed the poor WiFi signal to the remote mountain location. Until we discovered that the nearby eateries had strong WiFi.
The payout of the whole resort meant you felt like you had plenty of space and privacy. The “igloo” rooms were quirky and we liked them. The staff were first class and could not do more to help. The food in the restaurants was incredibly tasty. We loved the setting too which was peaceful and beautiful.
Nothing. Maybe a small fridge in the room would have been helpful but nothing less.
Nice place to enjoy the scenery from the hill top
The swimming pool was under construction. But the hotel didn’t care to inform during the booking. Staff is nice but couldn’t help us to arrange a tour to see nearby places. We got stuck for three days in the hotel and couldn’t enjoy the surroundings.
The mountain top views were incredible and cannot be captured via a picture. It needs to be painted. The facilities were nice.
The bathroom took a bit of getting used to as it is outdoors and open air. All toiletries are provided but you will need to learn how to be friends with nature.
Good customer service
The water was dirty. The floor had water log problem
Great staff, great location and very cosy. Stunning views too.
There was water leaking inside the room from the floor. Some of the food was not so good (pizzas small and average for $12).
Perfect place to visit Romdoul Kirirom, and very professional staff
The room was perfect. The pool was very relaxing and clean
Cleanliness and friendly staff
