Everything. This is the best SPA hotel I know so far. The owner is quite a genius, excellent in cooking, excellent as an art collector. His hotel is some kind of artwork itself.
I'm more than happy, so nothing to highlight as bad.
The spa : the warm swimming pool and the spa were great. We enjoyed it very much. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had dinner and breakfast in the hotel restaurant. We enjoyed and food and service there.
We stayed in the double room with a bathtub. There was a shower but no provision for water drainage for water splashing on the floor. There was not enough table top surfaces in the room.
This is probbly the best hotel we have ever stayed in and we travel a lot.

The spa facilities are incredible, the communal areas are great (living room, terraces, dining room..). Shoutout to Manuela serving drinks and dinner in the evening. The bedrooms outside the main building are okay but not luxurious and we expected the chalet style, not beige everywhere. Not sure who had the genius idea that toilets separated by transparent glass was a good idea or romantic for that matter but it's really not! One of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Exceptional in every way. From the staff, to the food, to the facilities this hotel was unbeatable.
Exceeded all expectations.
We had the best time! The staff went out of their way to increase our joy and relaxation. The pool and spa are designed beautifully, so relaxing and beautiful to the eye. All the senses are pleased by the outside, the food, the art, the care of each staff and the gorgeous furniture and bedding.
