We are a couple travelling with our little dog, and we absolutely loved our stay. Communication was smooth from the start, and the receptionist was incredibly friendly and helpful—just like the restaurant staff, who were clearly passionate about what they do. If I had to mention one minor drawback, it would be the sound of traffic from our room. As a light sleeper, I still managed to sleep through the night with the window half-opened.Read more
Food and friendliness of staff
Very nice waitresses and delicious food. There is a buffet which fulfills all our needs. The staff is very friendly and even gave us a free bus ticket to go back home. Can only recommend!
Very pleasant stay, excellent food and very friendly staff. Spa area is very nice and clean. Ski bus and bus pass very nice to have and ski resort big enough for a few days, easily reachable in less than 15 minutes bus drive.
Massages at the SPA restricted to a few days only, which unfortunately did not match with our agenda. Next time would book in advance.

Recommend you get an electrician to link a switch to a light and label the switch ! We couldn’t switch lights o ff and spent too much time with reception staff trying to work out what was going on Anyway, a good stay as the rating confirms.
The room is big but in summer they don’t have AC or even a fan
We did not like the staff… was very ironic and not professional And here you have to pay for everything… extra For dog they have a big tax around 30€ In the room was very hot, we could barely sleep and we asked for a fan but they did not wanted to give us They told us to pay for balcony 20€ so we can open the door Or to pay 40€ more if we wanna use the AC
