Pros (+) The tea service was amazing. The breakfast buffet was superb. The hotel was very beautiful and authentic. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. They had a laundry service which was quick and efficient.
Cons (-) It was hard for us to use the spa services and there was a daily charge for it which added to the daily cost. It would have been nice to be able choose if we wanted to add the spa portion.

Pros (+) the location is great and the staff was super kind when I booked and helped as much as possible in shifting by booking to the right to accommodate the changes in my working schedule. super!
Cons (-) There was no working table or chair in the room so I ended up working sitting on the couch and that is not very comfortable if done for an entire day. Staff at the reception is extremely friendly and keen to help in any way they can but communication was a bit difficult because I speak no German at all and their English was quite poor so we ended up half speaking half gesturing :-P. Pros (+) Very nice buildings, thoughtfully renovated and decorated. Spacious rooms. Very quiet. Restaurant, bar and spa & sauna are excellent. 5 mins from train station. I definitely recommend!

Pros (+) Spacious room, cozy decoration, modern design bath room, convenient parking, friendly staffs, and great location.
