Incredibly quiet and loads of nature around. Had the pool all to myself for over an hour :) Pool facilities in great nick and, what's most important in the UK, proper water pressure \o/
Could hear people walking in room above me at night. It was brief and didn't disturb me much, but could be an issue if the hotel is fully booked with different type of guests.
Very affordable option when I'm travelling for business in Burgess Hill. Very friendly staff, very clean and big room, very quiet environment away from the city noises. Didn't have time to go for breakfast this time but it's very good with big variety of options available. Always satisfied, will definitely prefer this hotel whenever there is availability, thank you!

I couldn’t stay longer
The staff were very friendly & helpful . The room was a good size with a nice big tv . Swimming pool was very clean . it has electric charging points . food was good . Ample parking , & it's free . The Roffey is a hidden little gem in my opinion and will definitely stay again when I'm in the area next time .
Very relaxing, quiet, slick organization. Nice grounds. Great use of a pool and sauna. Good bathroom, including the toiletries, robe and slippers. Access to help yourself tea/coffee/etc was a lovely bonus.
Brilliant value for money, spacious rooms,good night sleep, good food and warm surroundings in winter months
Little more choice on menu possibly,bar menu for food. Lights in the room, to dark if being honest

They provide an expansive buffet breakfast, with some vegetarian options. The grounds are large, with good gym facilities. A close walk away is St. Leonards Forest with plentiful walking paths. The staff are excellent and always looking out to see how they can help without being obtrusive.
