Great surroundings
Wifi not working in the room. Reception staff said it was a common issue with people using Iphone which I believe seems strange because it worked at the pool

Beautiful location in Nature, good spa facilities, healthy, tasty food to buy on the menu, nice to have an outdoor swimming pool.
My 'room' was a tent. It was absolutely freezing cold in mid-February. It'll probably get too hot in warmer weather. There might be a few weeks in the year when it's pleasant, but really it's way, way too expensive for a tent, even a nicely decorated one. The location is amazing, like a fairy tale. It also has a great spa.
The food is expensive
Great experience and incredible atmosphere to relax and enjoy the nature for the weekend. Food at the Grill was amazing and the spa is experiences superb.
Parking spaces and getting in and out by car is always a bit tricky since road to access the hotel is quite narrow and only enough space for one car at a time! Would be a good improvement point for the hotel to fix that but to be honest it is not really a deciding factor for someone to choose to stay as at the very end, it’s something manageable, just mentioning it as an opportunity for improvemen...Read more
Nature and food.
The heating system was broken and my room Temperature reached 84.2 F, I reported it, they came and allegedly turn the heat off, but the temperature never decrease, I had to open all the windows and later on closed them due to the bugs, wasn’t able to sleep not even for a minute. Breakfast good, but no milk for coffee had to get it from another location
The service is bad, you had to ask for things four times. Had to call to get bag to our room, never asked for credit card upon arrival, gym being renovated, not on website, trails closed. No one spoke english. Key to room didn't work, had to walk all the way down the hill to get another one. The staff is great, really nice, always attentive to anything you might need. The hotel itself is amazing, great design, great facilities, good food. Nothing to fault

It’s unique, modern design nestled in nature
I asked ahead of time to set up our room with baby cot and they only did it half an hour after I checked in, which was a hassle - my baby was ready to nurse and sleep and I had to wait until the guy set up the bed which took a while.
