Good pool areas and rooms
No free water supplied with meals in restaurant
Very clean and comfortable hotel, staff very welcoming nothing was a problem. Room was a good size for 3 people. Pool areas lovely. Hotel in very good location. Breakfast was very good, very well organised.

Thank you very much for the wonderful stay, everything was just super. Everything in the restaurant was very tasty, very beautiful location. And the rooms were cleaned very often, and the staff was also responsive, thanks YING AND BASS

Whilst it is a nice resort with excellent staff there are shortcomings. We found the design of the bedroom was lacking. Although it looked beautiful it had a shelf in the bedroom which was quite dangerous. Also I prefer some cupboard space. In addition the pillows were not terribly comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bed was so very comfortable! Breakfast is a must, iced coffees and their french toast just delicious.
No cocktails at the pool before 1pm, like any typical hotel dinner and drink prices more expensive than going out
The resort was beautiful, the pools were amazing and the staff were so kind helpful, they couldn't do enough.

The staff are absolutely wonderful and accommodating, the gardens lush, and the views stunning. Our sea-view room, with oversized king bed, was spacious, spotless, and featured direct access to a shared infinity pool. The only downside was the location, requiring costly taxis to get to restaurants, shopping, etc, although there is a complimentary shuttle service to the local village.Read more
The polite staff
The room was infested with cobwebs especially over the headboard, room was depressingly dark with few lightbulbs, furniture was old, creaky and outdated. We requested the hotel to book a taxi to collect us from the airport and were told the cost was 2500 Baht which they insisted we paid on arrival.
