Reception guy was not supportive Hotel is completely empty and its off season but he charged 126 euro for my kid inspite of requesting some discount he told no As i didn’t mention in Booking about it . A lodging that is a little farther from Fira affording more peace from the buzzling town. That said, this place is more accessible for someone who has a car. I went during off season so it was nice and quiet. The only thing I don’t like is that the spa and restaurant were closed. I understand it being off season, but at least the guest that are paying to be at the resort could have something to do on site. Would’ve loved to get a massage.

Great stay. Room was clean, bed comfy. Ac worked great. Great pressure in shower. Hotel pools and surroundings are dreamy. Great breakfast. Staff is smiling and helpful. Definitely would go back.
