Pros (+) It was clean, quite and comfortable. The location was close to everything. Loved that there were drinks, popcorn and ice cream available 24 hours and it’s free! Laundry is also free!
Cons (-) If you are not a UNC fan or alumni, you might feel out of place.

Pros (+) The hot breakfast was included and had quite a selection of hot and cold. Scrambled eggs were not a favorite but the bacon, sausage, grits, fruit was excellent. Several different types of milk, bread, toast, cereal, oatmeal, vegetarian choice and great coffee were also offered. The mattress was great and the room was very comfortable. Pros (+) The experience is always exceptional (my 2nd time there); love the sitting area and snacks on each floor. Who doesn't like ice cream and popcorn??? And hot water for tea. Jack, Shawn, Passion at front desk are responsive, respectful and helpful always.
Cons (-) Breakfast on Sunday just seemed a bit off, still pretty darn good though.

Pros (+) Great amenities on hotel property like breakfast and free ice cream. Nice sitting areas, etc. (although bar, outdoor fire pits, shut down by 10 on a Saturday night which seemed awfully early.
Cons (-) For the price of the hotel ($--- a night), we expected more quality in the room. The low budget iron in the room nearly ruined the item I tried to iron. The weak hairdryer simply wouldn't dry my hair. Shower head is placed, so you get wet turning it on.
