How friendly the staff was, food was amazing. Rooms comfortable.
Service at Peoples restaurant was amazing. Very tasty a big breakfast with good coffee and fresh juice. Nice and comfy room. Best sweets Servet on the room like welcome gift.

A beautiful hotel and great friendly team. The food was also way above expectations. I look forward to returning in season to experience all the amenities.
Rooms were comfy, facilities such as the gym, pool, spa etc were all good. Lux beach was lovely if you are happy to pay for the upgraded experience. Local town is lovely for a stroll into and explore.
Some of the rooms are located close to a main road which is a bit strange and looses the luxury feel. Music in the evenings was very loud and can be heard from the rooms.
Everything will be great, now I understand people who want to come back here. This is the type of vacation when everything has already been thought of and done in the best way instead of you.

The Breakfast was very good with plenty of options to cater for all tastes excellent. We had lunch at the beach restaurants again excellent food with plenty of choices. The buffet dinner was in our opinion lacking choices in that the buffet menu was the same basic choices every night with slight changes to the proteins and fried options. However, what was served was all delicious.
We where disappointed with the TV channel options , very little for English speaking patrons. It was either Nat Geo wild or some other nature program, only one drama channel and no program to know what was coming on and when?. Everything was really great, the location, the facilities and especially the beach
The only disappointing experience we had was at the daidala a la carte restaurant, the food was a bit of a let down compared to how good the buffet was
Exceptional all inclusive that felt very calm and well run . No queuing, plenty of sun beds and delightful staff, great food choices
Cats in the restaurants , not helped by some or the guests feeding them!
