The location and the fact that they accomodated by request to stay on the first floor with a beautiful view to the river. The staff was friendly.
The bed sheets were not clean. The door of the shower did not seal well. The main door did not offer much security. The room is spacious but needs improvement on the lighting.
It was absolutely lovely. The view over the crocodile river was exceptional. Rooms and facilities were fantastic. Staff friendly and helpful. Swimming pool was spotless and the deck awesome.

Everything was as advertised.. The staff was very friendly especially the supervisor.
Switching off the aircon in the middle of the night.. The weather is very hot that side. They should have at least 1 or two side plates in the rooms for snacks. Other than that.. I loved it
Good value for the price, secure parking, rooms spacious with modern bathroom, beds firm and comfortable. Smart TV with open view but we tend not to watch TV when on a break. Bar fridge and you are allowed your own drinks. Riverview Inn ticks all the boxes! A hidden gem in Malelane. Excellent service overall. A large deck with wonderful views over the Crocodile River and part of the Kruger National Park. We viewed Hippos in the river and Water Buck on the opposite bank. Excellent value for money. Riverview Inn will be our first choice whenever we stop over in Malelane.
