The receptionist was really kind and the location of this place is simply the best. We saw an hippo in the river, some baboons and other animals… it seems you are inside Kruger park but with your own balcony… such a private and privileged place!!! I recommend this place!

The wooden steps are very dark at night
Rooms are spacious enough for wheelchair. Good view, good food.
Shower too small for wheelchair to enter. Glass in the way.

The food was good. Loved the veggies. But it was very basic. No wine list or beer.
The location and the fact that they accomodated by request to stay on the first floor with a beautiful view to the river. The staff was friendly.
The bed sheets were not clean. The door of the shower did not seal well. The main door did not offer much security. The room is spacious but needs improvement on the lighting.
It was absolutely lovely. The view over the crocodile river was exceptional. Rooms and facilities were fantastic. Staff friendly and helpful. Swimming pool was spotless and the deck awesome.
