Staff was very friendly and I was happy with how clean our room was. It smelled so clean when we walked in. I usually don't get into whirlpool in hotels but the one in our room was very clean! The shower was awesome as well.

Staff took our personal towels when stated didn't need maid service but hotel did find our towels and returned them
This is a very nice hotel from the greetings you get when you first arrive til you leave, The room was very clean and spacious, It had two separate bedrooms which I really liked, It has a real coffee pot, The whole hotel was very clean and well maintained, I was surprised that a full breakfast was offered across the street at Reagans Pancake house for a very low rate,

The door to the balcony did not seal when closed.
Location. Close to Little Pigeon River. Cozy room with gas fireplace.
Beds are clean but could be more comfortable . Overall good stay and close to all attraction in Pigeon Forge, Sevierville and Gatlinburg.
