Great location along the River looking out at the stunning rock formations. The grounds were beautifully tended and the rooms clean, pretty and well outfitted. Lovely pool area and simple but nice spa. Staff were pleasant and not ingratiating, mostly helpful.
Not much to dislike. The dinner food was average — maybe geared toward western tastes and not full of flavor, herbs or spices. The breakfast spread was great though. The concierge was pleasant but entirely unhelpful when it came to helping us figure out how to get cash (ATM did not work in the entire country!).
The breakfast was perfect, helpful staff and great coffee. The pool is lovely and so is the garden. I stayed here 4 times and will go back there.

We upgraded to the Tai Daeng suite. It was incredible. The balcony was huge (with great views across the river and the grounds) and the room was amazing. The bed was massive and really comfortable. Beautiful and peaceful. Great Service attitude and relaxing. The various rooms represented various ethnic groups. We stayed in the Hmoung type.
The Google map directions to the property were bad. There is a bridge that the map tries to take you down which cannot handle cars. Only motorcycles. The beds were a bit hard.
Truly breath taking how beautiful thia resort is. The food is amazing if not a bit pricey. The staff are lovely and the hotel feels on the level of a four seasons.
The curtains hardly blocked out the light and the shower is in the bathtub instead of being separate.

The hotel is beautiful... set on the river in lush gardens. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. bath robes and slippers were provided. Beautiful location next to the river where you can see the mountains, hot air balloons and sunset. Excellent restaurant with reasonable prices that include tax and service fee. We can recommend the special Lao digest menu. The waiter was kind enough to inform us that sharing a single dinner maybe enough for us. Lovely lampoons at night in the garden around the pool. Very clumsy internet that does not remember your login and you have to manually login every time, remember and reenter the password. Hard to understand why they make is so difficult to connect.Read more
I can't say anything negative. The location was perfect, the view amazing. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. The staff was very friendly and always available. The breakfast was super delicious. Next to the hotel were great little restaurants, motor bike rental, massage and all you need. I didn't hear a sound at night. It was really quiet. I would definitely recommend it.
