Very clean, dog friendly, the breakfast is amazing The rooms are comfortable and it’s calm I love the area
No Food or drinks after 23:00, there could be a room Service or maybe a place where you can get water or some snacks at least, that would be amazing for the future
Rooms were excellent, spa and leisure facilities were also very good and high standard. Nice walk into town centre, approx 20 mins. Very close to the lake.
Bar are wasn't great. Felt like an extension of the lobby / reception area.
It is on the spendier side, but it really doesn't disappoint. This was a quick post-TMB trip, and the splurge on this property was very much welcome. The room was large and very nicely appointed. The pool/sauna area was great too, I needed a little recovery after hiking and it did the trick.
I think they were pumping some scents through the hotel, and they came across a little strong. Not a bad scent, just too much of it.
Breakfast was good
Once at breakfast there was no hot water to make tea and I would prefer to have tea bags than to make tea by myself.
Big room, nice balcony
Impersonal. No information in the room about facilities, spa etc. tried to have dinner in hotel restaurant on our first night and were told there was an event so there was no availability despite many empty tables. No further explanation volunteered. The staff member was indifferent to the point of rudeness.
Very nice new hotel, the rooms had a smart design and everything was working great in it, staff were excellent and i would like to single out the Arabic speaking lady at reception and Carla from the spa, pool and gym were great and spa was excellent, it's also across the street from the lake and public park, overall definitely one of the best places to stay in Annecy.
Restaurant Lona was a bit weak when we had dinner there, we didn't feel the food and service were up to standard, also a lack of options in the hotel bar makes dining in the hotel a bit difficult, the hotel is also about 25-30 minutes walk from the old town of Annecy and even though it's a lovely walk across the lake it might difficult for people who can't walk distances.
We booked Hotel Rivage at the last minute while driving toward our final destination in Italy—and we are so glad we did! Our stay exceeded expectations. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and impressively soundproof—we had the best sleep we’ve had in a long time. The breakfast was another highlight: fresh, varied, and with plenty of options to suit all tastes. The hote...

Staff were helpful. Gathering area in lobby nice and comfy, appreciated the various types of seating. Staff at bar very good and helpful, great cappuccinos! Appreciated the patio darkening closure options and curtains! Appreciated the mini frig, wonderful room addition! Loved the sparkling water dispenser options-very first class. The cold water with fruit dispensers were very nice too. Elevators ...
Food at restaurant was wonderful but staff need serious training. Having to take your towel to the spa was a real inconvenience, why not just have towels there and provide key or wrist band access?! No Qtips or lotion at spa a big disappointment, it felt less spa and more campy bare bones bc of that. Having to reserve bikes day ahead reduced free flow vacation feeling as you felt you had to over p...Read more
