Great hotel in a magnificent location with superb facilities
Our stay was let down by the poor quality food. I have stayed in plenty of RIU and other All Inclusive resorts in the Caribbean and honestly the food here was below par for this grade of hotel.

The rooms ! I feel i paid more then i had to ! We had to get two rooms and my wife slept with the girls and ℹ slept by myself because we had to make use of two rooms you should have another option for familys traveling with kids
A nice hotel with a private beach and various large swimming pools restaurants and bars. The room was comfortable, very clean and well furnished. The staff friendly and professional in assisting for any necessity.

1. They need to change their cleaning solution because it smells up the whole lobby (and everywhere else). My first impression when we entered the pretty lobby was the smell. This was true in Costa Rica. PLEASE GET A BETTER CLEANING SOLUTION that doesn't smell of chemicals when you enter the building. 2. The location is great, the facilities also very good and the staff was very helpful. In summary a great place to go with your family for a nice holiday.
The hotel should have a gift shop with the things that you buy when you forgot to take them like hats, sun cream etc. The food was plentiful but the quality was not outstanding even in the special restaurants, specially for the price of the holiday. 1) Right from the entry to the hotel, the facility was very clean and lively. The staff - starting from the doorman, front desk, all the restaurant staff, cleaning staff were very cheerful and hospitable. 2) Food was very clean, healthy, and tasty. All meals - breakfast, lunch and dinner had variety daily, including constant items that were very popular.
A bit more choice for vegetarians.
All the workers were so helpful and friendly !!! Excellent phone and drinks !!! Love it don’t want to leave !!! Untill next time thank you all so much !! My husband and I needed a vacation !!
