Very well designed. Staff very helpful and the spa came in handy
The breakfast was a highlight of the stay. Wonderful selection of cakes and fruit.
The staff were very friendly & professional. The location was good for touring mbria although the noise from the main road and airport was noisy sometimes
Our room was rather small and the shower wasn't designed for a larger person to enter. A kettle was only provided after asking for one - it would be good to have this as standard.
The breakfast was incredible. There were many fresh fruit juices to try, as well as an assortment of baked goods. You could get hot, fresh eggs and cappuccinos, too.
I needed to make a call and my phone wasn't working. The staff would not allow me to use their phone.
The restaurant, pool and staff (especially Marcia) were fantastic
The property is absolutely stunning. The junior suite was gorgeous, rustic and authentic but still clean and very comfortable. Beautiful, relaxing pool area where fresh light lunches are served. The restaurant is absolutely spectacular - every single dish we ate was divine and the dinner staff were wonderful. Nice location, close to Perugia & Assisi. Very nice restaurant, which serves a very nice breakfast and where you can have an excellent dinner.

Beautiful buildings & property. Breakfast & dinner were excellent, the service of all staff was outstanding. Close to Ripa the cute circular village, Assisi and Perugia.
Didn’t like the noise coming from the highway just below the property when being outside. Book spa and the massage you’d like early or before you arrive in order to get what you want. Room smaller than we thought.
If you are looking for something a little more remote but authentic, relaxing and naturally beautiful, you'll be perfectly happy here. The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant served local cuisine made fresh, and if relaxed luxury is such a thing, then that's the atmosphere you'll find here. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful, and I would love to stay here again.
Because the hallways and rooms are all tile (so pretty), the rolling of suitcases, closing of doors, etc. can make for a somewhat noisy neighbor. I don't know that much can be done about this, but it's mostly giving people a fair warning on what to expect. Obviously, if this is your biggest complaint, you're in for a great stay.
Staff were very pleasant. Very good food in the restaurant. Setting is magical.
The spa facilities are actually 60€ a couple. I had understood it was included
