Absolutely fabulous hotel! Beautiful location and amazing views from our room! The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food in the bar was so good!

Great location for spectacular views of Torres del Paine mountains, seen from all of the lounge areas, restaurants and mountain facing rooms. The hotel was nicely furnished and maintained. The following is not a direct issue with the hotel, rather it is a consideration when staying at Rio Serano, visiting Torres del Paine and surrounding areas. The views from the hotel and our room were spectacular. From morning to dusk, just superb. The rooms were comfortable, bathrooms a little dated, but functional. Food generally good. Staff friendly and helpful. Location good for self driving to the Torres del Paine.
A lot of bus tour groups came to the hotel and made meal times a bit crowded and unpleasant. One breakfast, a lot of the food was gone and the kitchen did not keep up with the demand. We ended up having to leave before the eggs etc were replenished.
What an incredible place to stay! The location is incredible, with a clear Mountain View at breakfast and in your room. The breakfast included is comprehensive and delicious. The staff were attentive and highly professional. We were celebrating our honeymoon and the staff went the extra mile to leave complimentary chocolate and a bottle of sparkling wine for us to enjoy! Everything! Great value for money, in a serene location, perfect for all the trips in the Torres del paine park. Great food and staff, as well as nice spa. Will definitely choose the same when back in Chile!
Not related directly to the property but good to keep in mind when renting a car- most of tge roads are not paved
We loved everything about our stay here. Although the price was more than I typically like to pay, they provide great value. Beautiful location just outside the entrance to Torres Del Paine. Clean room, comfortable bed, nice shower. They lay out a wonderful spread to choose from for breakfast. For dinner we ate at the bar. Everything we had was delicious. What’s not to like - stunning location and views, comfortable rooms, great facilities and super food!!
The receptionist that greeted us was not very friendly or helpful, in fact quite rude refusing to believe we had pre-registered our ID info - then she magically found it and started to change her attitude - not acceptable! The other staff were fab.
