The property was clean and comfortable. The rooms are good size with all the commodities. The restaurant’s food was tasty and drinks are good as well!
It was all good but the restaurant staff in the morning is judgy. They judge you by the way you dress.
We stayed at Rio Hotel during our trip to Ciudad del Este and found the location perfect — close to all the major stores and malls. The hotel offers parking, which is a big plus in the area. Breakfast was good, and the on-site restaurant is a convenient option for dinner. The rooftop bar was closed And the beds very hard. Nobody speaks english
It was clean, restaurant on site, so there was no need to go out for food (the area is very dodgy). Staff were lovely in the restaurant and the bar on the roof terrace.
For european customers - this is NOT a 4-star hotel. It is 3 at best. It is not cheap by Paraguayan standards but does not offer a service for this value. Food, staff and facilities were outstanding.
The building is very nice, spacious and clean. Staff are nice and helpful. The room is nice and the bed really comfortable. There was a mini fridge and an electric kettle. Breakfast is wide and good but it doesn't have a lot of veggie options.
The internet signal in the room was very week so it was difficult to watch anything on the T.V.
