Pros (+) It was clean, restaurant on site, so there was no need to go out for food (the area is very dodgy). Staff were lovely in the restaurant and the bar on the roof terrace.
Cons (-) For european customers - this is NOT a 4-star hotel. It is 3 at best. It is not cheap by Paraguayan standards but does not offer a service for this value. Some staff (at the restaurant and bar) were nice and hard-working people, but they seemed understuffed). The area didn't feel safe at all. Pros (+) The building is very nice, spacious and clean. Staff are nice and helpful. The room is nice and the bed really comfortable. There was a mini fridge and an electric kettle. Breakfast is wide and good but it doesn't have a lot of veggie options.
Cons (-) The internet signal in the room was very week so it was difficult to watch anything on the T.V.

Pros (+) Breakfast choice was excellent. Food in restaurant on an evening was excellent also.
Cons (-) When I looked for an hotel at Iguazú Falls which is in Argentina, top of the list of Hotels offered by Booking.com was this hotel. I don’t know why Booking.com offered this as an Iguazú Falls hotel when it is in fact in Paraguay.
