Really bad towels, very very VERY expensive for Brasil standards less than average breakfast, someone is making a lot of money with a real high priced stay
Too expensive, really bad and small towels, bring your own if you want comfort, shows exactly what you expect of Brazilian hotels, owners want to earn a lot of money for a bad experience
Excelente, superou as expectativas
The staff is friendly and the hotel is clean. However thata the extend of the positive points. There are no kettle, slippers or robes in the room, and the mini fridge is filled with tiny water bottles that are paid. The bed is quite hard and gave me and my wife quite a backache. It is a great hotel. Everything was perfect.
General hotel cleanliness and maintenance are great (except for the pillows - please refer to my comment regarding things I didn't like). The staff is super friendly and efficient, and the location is good (from there, you have quick and easy access to the highway). The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of food.
The staff took too long to restock the food when there were many people at the breakfast buffet. The pillows had an unpleasant smell, as if they hadn't been properly sanitized. There is an additional charge for parking, and I was hoping for clear instructions on the reservation page (which I didn't find).
