Pros (+) Location is very close to João Fernandes beach and walking distance to restaurants and centre of Buzios. The pool area is nice with plenty of seating, sunloungers and large parasols to provide shade. The rooms were nicely decorated, a good size and bed was comfortable. There was a lot of choice for breakfast with eggs and some tasty pastries.
Cons (-) The pool was a bit small and not good for swimming. Pool water was actually a bit too warm for us (not refreshing, it felt like a bath), I think it was heated which was not necessary during the November heatwave. It was extremely noisy in the pool area as it was next to a busy road with lots of buggies, music blaring, shouting and noise from horns and sirens.

Pros (+) beautiful property, very clean, friendly staff, comfortable.
Cons (-) it was raining and we wanted to cozy up and watch some tv. but tv channels options are the worst I’ve seen! for the $$ we paid we should’ve have some more channels or a smart tv. not a good value in my opinion. too expensive for what they offer
