Cons (-) when I arrived and asked for a room on the upper floors (which was available ) rather than on the ground floor, the receptionist told me that the reservations on Booking.com only get to stay on the ground floor! It was the only time I heard something like this. Also, even though the hotel was somehow renovated, carpet was incredibly dirty and furniture were old.

Pros (+) The room was great - spacious, quiet & clean. The bed was comfortable, facilities very nice and the parking very easy (though paid).
Cons (-) The pillows were very thin, however I requested another one from reception and quickly received a more robust one. Check-out in the morning was the other part that was quite confusing - I booked and paid on Booking.com and the receptionist could not find verification of my payment; it seemed that some of the hotel's record-keeping is a bit outdated.
