Friendly staff.
The pool needs updating, tiles are missing and falling apart, my daughter cut herself on her hand. and needs to be cleaned, it's so dirty and filthy, I saw lots floating as I had goggles like gross. Tissues on the pool floor and I almost stepped on thumbtacks. The gym, dumbbells are out of place, it should be close to a bench and not on opposite ends of the floor. I had high hopes given the price point, but this hotel was a major disappointment. While the location is excellent and staff were polite, nearly everything else fell short.
Upon entering the room, the pillowcases were creased—it honestly looked like it hadn't been changed. The shower head had visible mold, and room amenities were poor, including paper-thin slippers that felt cheap and uncomfortable. Restaurant was very average.
Mrs Lim the GM is able to fix all problems and won’t stop before it’s fixed. That’s impressive.
Mark from front desk has a lot to learn and frankly deserves more training to meet client’s normal expectations
