Everything was superb (luckily including the weather!). Would have to pick out the amazing friendliness and professionalism of all the staff; the amazing food (both delicious and well presented), the beauty of the place and the overall cleanliness - room kept just perfect. Thank you. We will be back.

Imposing, location
Compared to previous visits there were obvious problems with lack of service staff. This affected the service e.g outside and in the bar area- table not set when booked, had to go up to bar to order as the person on didn’t have time to come to take order- an hour wait for food. The service staff were trying hard but it was obvious there was a problem
Beautiful setting. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Food service was excellent and the food was great.
Unless you’re in an expensive room, you may as well be in a Travel Inn. High expectations but the room was lacking. We attended our event, came back at 23.30 and drove straight home without staying.

Staff were superb, friendly and helpful. The room was excellent for us as a family. the abundant little extras (cocktails, turn down service etc) made it feel like we were really looked after and not trying to get every penny out of us. Great kids menu. Breakfast was 10/10.
Spa was very booked up and the steam room wasnt working.
Amazing location and service! We went for a special occasion to celebrate, and this hotel was a great choice. Special shout out to Maria at reception who made sure the start of our stay was comfortable. We had a celebratory dinner at Armada restaurant and the food and service were amazing as well, highly recommend

It's all a bit over rated and quite expensive for what's provided.
The hotel is stunning and set in a beautiful location in the heart of the New Forest. Grounds are fabulous and the seating outside next to the pond very tranquil.
