Incredible breakfast! Great service (they clean your rooms every day and leave you signs you can hang on your door if you want to skip a day or two.
No complaints! They were wonderful. It would be nice to be able to choose which building you end up staying in, since they have multiple locations across the city. We planned some activities near bus stops that ended being further away than we had expected.

The fire alarm went off overnight….twice. In their defence, after having to ask them to explain what was happening, they gave us a partial refund.
loved the location but did not like the construction. We were with my father who is 85 and has difficulty walking and we had to walk a little to get our taxi. Of course not the hotels fault but may have wanted to know before booking. The rooms were spacious and breakfast was perfect.

No real place to unpack and put away clothes for 2 people. Needs an armoire or chest of drawers.
Brand new, everything you need in very well appointed apartment.
You are in downtown Reykjavik and it can be nousy with revellers if you have the windows open.
Superb city centre location. Really big apartment. We really enjoyed our stay. Staff were really helpful and booked all our tours during the stay. One of best apartments I have stayed yet and enjoyed like locals being here.
We loved the 2 bedroom apartment. It is beautiful property and our apartment was located in publishing house and was perfect for. It’s close to all the attractions . The staff is super friendly.

Room was great and the location was great. We included the breakfast and it was extremely generous, hard boiled eggs, ham, cheese, fruit and a lively loaf of fresh bread from a local bakery.
Would have rated this a 9 but on our last day we had two things happen. We had a 7:30 am flight so wanted our bread delivered the night before was told they could and it did not get delivered.
