Pros (+) Everything about this hotel is perfect from the lobby to the rooms to their windows lol. The staff was so great they gave us an upgrade for our anniversary and the restaurant Deauville 10/10.

Pros (+) From the guest services to the bar/restaurant and the housekeepers; the staff were all really lovely and accommodating. Location is great! the décor and facilities are contemporary/VERY modern and unique. I really have no complaints. I'd 100% return and stay again.

Pros (+) Place was clean and stylish, luggage station, couch, and cozy areas in the room were a nice touch. Staff are also very nice.
Cons (-) The water was not hot for the showers and the window in my room was broken, I believe it was letting a lot of noise in so my sleep was disturbed.
