Nice hotel and interior design, great view and food. Staff was also very kind.
A bit far away from old quarter. We took a grab to go dinner there but then it was not possible to find a taxi to go back to the hotel and we had to walk with 2 kids for 25 min to reach the hotel. Besides, this is not a hotel for families. There are no connecting rooms so my husband and I had to split in 2 rooms to sleep each with one of our children. Not convenient at all. The property was beautiful, very nicely designed and well decorated.
The floor was quite slippery, my son and husband slipped a few times which is quite dangerous.
Everything was perfect. Location, room, service.

Beautiful and unique design made it a quite special stay. Staff was friendly and all services were great.
The bathroom was a bit dark and the pool area a bit small so many people couldn’t sunbath at the same time.
Nicest staff ever. The company's culture must be strong. Everyone seems genuinely happy! Makes a world of difference. The brunch was great.
The cocktail and wine list is mediocre at best. It would have made such a difference if some effort had been put there. As it stands, this is only a few classics. The staff is also untrained on the subject.
Loved the architecture and the setting . The staff were delightful and caring . The restaurants were fabulous too . And so was the spa .
This was our best stay in a hotel during our vacations! The building itself, the rooms and the surrounding landscape are just super beautiful. The staff is very polite and mindful. This hotel is a work of art and made our stay in Hoi An a wonderful experience. Thank you!
Our stay at Reu boutique was absolutely incredible, the staff were always so lovely and always helpful to give us tips on what to do and where to go. The stay was close enough to old town that it was easy to reach by bike (cycling) but can easily walk as well, but you are far away that it is very peaceful and tranquil.
