Everything was amazing. The hotel pays attention to the smallest details, the staff were very friendly, everything you need is nearby of the mall, SkyWorlds, restaurants. The scent throughout the hotel was lovely and the place was extremely clean. I highly recommend staying here

There is no cafe in the lobby to provide small bites or snakes during the days The focus on the dine in menu is focused on Chinese cuisine only rather than international

Beautiful view, great room layout, room was clean and had everything we needed. The small touches made it special - the teddy bear, welcome cakes and fruits, turn down service.
Breakfast was a set menu not buffet, food was ok nothing great but pricey. Would order room service next time and enjoy the beautiful views from the room instead.
We enjoyed the majestic view of cloud clad mountains from the room window. In room, Decoration and surprise cake for birthday of a family member made the stay even better. Room is spacious with living area and Sauna bath within room works great.
Breakfast could have more options espl for vegetarians.
Room dinning menu not customer friendly. The Menu is not friendly due to most of food come with set which not allow customer to choose a la carte. Morning breakfast a la carte selection need wait until 11am and the sets good is very expensive. The menu also not have ice cream which my kids is q disappointed.
