Brilliant location, spacious, clean, excellent facilities generally (bathroom was lovely, kitchen had all the equipment needed), helpful and responsive staff. They booked taxis for us and everyone did what they said they would! Daily replenishment of coffee etc.
Tiny point which didn't affect our stay - only one shower between 6 adults, shower temperature was difficult to manage. I think the shower could do with a thermostat! (But this did not take away from the fact the apartment was fabulous and in a brilliant location!)

Great location, nice space for a family, great aesthetics, and very clean/safe.
In the attic apartment the headroom with some of the beams (especially in the bathroom) are tight - we had a few head knocks.
Clear instructions were provided the day before we arrived and worked perfectly. Very easy to get the keys when we arrived late that night.
That we couldn't stay longer and enjoy Praha even more. :)
Beautiful and charming apartment right next to St Nicolas church and a short walk to the castle and Charles bridge. Excellent restaurant downstairs. Hosts were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
A little noise from apartment above but only occasionally…otherwise remarkably quiet. Breakfasts were delicious but almost too much food!
Just one comment: It would be great to get another key to the apartment.
We liked everything about this property's location, the accommodating service, and cleanliness. The only caveat is that there are quite a few stairs to the upper units, so those who have trouble with stairs should check before booking. The owners have done a lovely job maintaining this beautiful, historic building.
The location and cleanliness of the room
We were badly surprised by the number of stairs, we had to carry all our luggage up and down 3 floors alone and another floor inside the room where there were narrow stairs that were more like a ladder than stairs. Beautiful apartment in convenient location with all the basic amenities. Lots of space and loved the laundry machine addition. Helpful concierge service and breakfast available upon request. Nothing to dislike for us.
