Hotels in Sarajevo at the level of Marriott Residence are become more and more expensive. I was shocked that in may 2025 I paid 130 EUR/night in the same room I used to pay 75 EUR in 2018 and 85 EUR in 2022. And I lived in the city for 5 years! But there is no other with such vibe and comfort of Marriott Residence. :-)Read more

Good location and friendly staff.
Breakfast was OK but there were problems with the service. Lack of plates, forks, etc. Some food run out and was not replenish.
Location is perfect and the room was great for a family of four with a small table and kitchenette
Breakfast was a little basic
classic European service, everything is great, a bit high price for a dog, usually in Europe for such a price, a rug, a bowl in the room is a must. The Balkans are of course still far from the European love for dogs :(
The location is great! The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff is extremely kind!
Breakfast restaurant space could be bigger…
The room was comfy. The location is very convenient. Easy to walk almost everywhere. Shops close by. Our room had a river view which was nice.
Breakfast space was a little tight. To be fair we were there during a major holiday and the hotel was quite crowded. Breakfast was generally OK, but pastries can be improved.
Washing machine and dryer were nice to have and the parking was great.
it was absolutely great like every time- the nicest staff you can imagine- the most helpful and polite young people. very comfortable and modern rooms, like suites. the best location. we love the garage that you can reach by hotel own car lift- so safe for the car. and sauna, hamam and gym are excellent free amenities you can also enjoy. we'll come again and again. thanks for all!

Breakfast Hall is too small and not enough for that many people.Variety was very little .We had trouble even finding a fork for 3 days..
