Pros (+) classic European service, everything is great, a bit high price for a dog, usually in Europe for such a price, a rug, a bowl in the room is a must. The Balkans are of course still far from the European love for dogs :(

Pros (+) The room was comfy. The location is very convenient. Easy to walk almost everywhere. Shops close by. Our room had a river view which was nice.
Cons (-) Breakfast space was a little tight. To be fair we were there during a major holiday and the hotel was quite crowded. Breakfast was generally OK, but pastries can be improved.

Pros (+) it was absolutely great like every time- the nicest staff you can imagine- the most helpful and polite young people. very comfortable and modern rooms, like suites. the best location. we love the garage that you can reach by hotel own car lift- so safe for the car. and sauna, hamam and gym are excellent free amenities you can also enjoy. we'll come again and again. thanks for all!
