Cons (-) That when i had to extend my stay due to flight delay.. they were not able to help me. I had to book a new reservation trough booking.com which costs me more money.

Pros (+) The staff #1 Thalia was awesome and helpful gave great choices of places to eat another awesome job she did. Staff #2 Alexis doorman was awesome always greeting people. Cleaning staff was awesome as well. The whole experience for me was great.

Pros (+) Customer service and location.
Cons (-) Lunch and dinner. 2x we had bad experience with food, not receiving what it says on the menu. Once salad had half dead flies lying at the bottom of the plate. Took very long for orders to arrive and it seemed chef made whatever he wanted as long as it vaguely resembled the menu item. Very disappointing as this was our 4th time here and we never experienced anything like this before.

Pros (+) The staff are without exception friendly and efficient. The beach and pool area are well controlled. We appreciated that there was a control on access to this important area The quality of food was excellent. The location is perfect. The room was airy and comfortable.
