I am writing to report a very concerning and unacceptable incident that occurred at your hotel on the night of Tuesday, 28th May, at approximately 11:00 PM or shortly thereafter. Excellent experience , and I like the hospitality provided by all.
We had a wonderful stay in the hotel. The room is clean and nice and the staff are helpful and friendly. It was a short 8 mins walk to food and Caohejing in City, a swanky mall where u can get your shopping done. The 12 mins walk to the subway station is also a pleasant one. The hotel is just next to Tencent.
The bathroom was big, few English speaking channels (4) , very good breakfast
Rooms not well maintained Corridors had a bad smell
Hotel is extremely well kept. Breakfast is very good and staff is very helpful. Metro is just a short walk away.
Everything the food, tge staff, front desk, housekeeping everybody did great job. They found money in my pocket during laundry and it was returned immediately. High standards from all aspects. Close by tge train station whihc can take you anywhere in Shanghai.
