Pros (+) Nice big handicap room.
Cons (-) The lobby was extremely loud and noisy. The handicap parking spots were covered with ice. I asked the front desk staff to have it cleaned off but it didn’t get cleaned off.

She was such a light and joy, and although we are local, she made us feel like we were on vacation even though we stayed for a single night!
