Pros (+) The layout is very good with the breakfast room overlooking the pool. The rooms are big and if we stayed again we would book a room with a balcony

Pros (+) Very clean rooms - good bed linen and the room was a good size. We were facing into the garden and it was very quiet. The pool was a welcome relief from the heat (end August). Dinner - at the restaurant attached to the hotel - was excellent. An easy drive into Perugia the next morning where we parked the car in a covered car parking area. Would recommend and would stay again.
