Pros (+) Great location Right next to Uffizi Gallery Rooms were well equipped and good size Liquid hand soap in the bathrooms. Bravo! This is rare in hotels
Cons (-) No direct car access No kettle Wifi and AC not great upstairs in the family suite Breakfast options could improve (add cut fruits and there were no bread /croissant refills when they ran out) Bed mattresses were soft No holder for shampoo , shower gel in the showers. You have to keep on the floor and bend down each time.

Pros (+) Excellent location, super close to all the major sights. Also the room and bathroom were spacious, super clean and staff were helpful and friendly.
Cons (-) Breakfast was really good but they would sometimes run out of pastries

Pros (+) Central Location near Uffizi Gallery, Palazzo Vechio, etc Amazing breakfast with very friendly staff (Gena was wonderful!) Good sized room and amenities
Cons (-) The only downside is the entrance is off two side streets with a narrow walkway and a sometimes stinky sewer, but don’t let that stop you from booking IMO
