Pros (+) Beautiful hotel with a large swimming pool to help manage the summer heat (We went in August 2024 for 4 nights). The hotel is clean and in a good location. We had a car to get around and visit surrounding places. Lunch was good at the restaurant too.

Cons (-) we though the hotel was on a hill, we were misled by the photos. It is in the city, near the street. Near the pool you could smell the sewage.Looked deserted at night time.

Pros (+) Clean room. Cleaning every day. Convenient location. Not far from the main road. The room overlooked the courtyard, so it was quiet. The staff is friendly. There is a good restaurant in the hotel. Breakfasts are excellent.

Pros (+) Beautiful and luxurious hotel in the heart of Tuscany. Near Colle val d'Elsa (you can walk to the town if you want). Good but a bit pricy restaurant.
Cons (-) They couldn't offer us laundry service on the weekend nor on Monday because they needed several days to do the laundry. It was a bit tricky because we traveled with kids. It lowers the overall rating for the hotel. They should be more solution oriented as it is a quite expensive four star hotel.
