This is a beautiful and historic building fitted into a modern hotel. The room had everything we needed and the bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was absolutely perfect and spacious compared to most in the area. The staff was helpful attention and kind. The breakfast was an absolute dream and I look forward to it every day. We would love to stay again!

The bathrooms were a bit cheap
Lovely old palazzo beautifully restored. Rooms and bathrooms elegant . Staff were very friendly especially Michele and Luca. Lovely touch to provide home made cookies to guests Beautiful breakfast room ! Parking on the street was fairly easy and good restaurants nearby.
Showers were modern but water flow was not great.
The hotel is in a very central location in Ragusa. Clean, very pleasant atmosphere, excellent staff attitude from all level of staff and great breakfast. Will definitely come back.

Marissa the front desk person was amazing !! She was so helpful from the parking situation to helping with ideas for restaurants and tours ! She is a huge asset and we very much appreciated her overall helpfulness and kind demeanor !
