Great location, great design and understatement . top notch materials, furniture and finishes all of them, amazing shower and tub, (did not try swimming pool or gym). View of the bund from room is beautiful.Staff is very polite, professional and friendly. No queues at breakfast , luxury setting.

Absolutely new hotel, great facilities, and outstanding interior design. The team is extremely helpful (thanks to Sally and Kim). We liked the swimming pool. The views are fantastic, the location is very convenient.
I would recommend to reconsider breakfast options and variety, not that great selection at buffet

A/C wasn’t effective and room was stuffy. Attitude and service levels of reception staff, except the man who checked us out, was far from satisfactory.
