Excellent location just at the Exit J of East Tsim Sha Tsui metro station, near the K11 Musea, Avenue of Stars and Ferry pier. Patient and helpful service from all the staffs, e.g. the greeter and bellhop at the gate, the check-in/out staff at the reception, the clerk at the elevator and the nightly turn down service. Nice scenery outside the window.
The sockets on the wall are too close to the table nearby, can’t plug-in my hair styler (T_T)

The best view of HK skyline from the Kowloon side you can get! We were on the 15th floor and everything from the staff to the room were beyond expectations. I could spend a whole week just looking at the spectacular view. Highly recommend and will definitely be returning soon.
Everything was perfect
The harbour view from the room window was stunningly beautiful. The Regent staff from managers to receptionists to porters to doormen were really friendly and welcoming. Like to say a big thank you to Sandy who took my registration when I arrived. She escorted me to my room and placed a bowel of fruits to welcome me. The harbour view is excellent. The room is spacious and clean. The hotel staff even prepared a birthday welcome snack for my stay. The room service also provide mini surprise everyday in the evening.
The minibar (except coffee capsules and tea bags) are chargeable. For the price paid, I would think at least provide a few cans of coke for free.
The conceirges were great!
