Overall we had an excellent stay. Our room was upgraded on check in and was excellent, the pool area was nicely done with a DJ providing music in the pool bar, and the service at reception was very good.
Just a couple of smallish issues. Surprisingly they were unable to provide additional pillows. We had to pay for car parking (when there is a massive free car park approximately 300m away) which I didn't think could be justified.
Incredible stay. Friendly staff. Upgraded us to a junior suite and gave us complimentary sparkling wine.
The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood only 300 meters from the beach. Easy to drive from there to many good places around like Zoomarine, Algarve shopping, or to the next vivid city with nightlife. Staff are excellent with small children, they are so friendly! Hotel was very clean and modern. Breakfast was nice, could adapt for toddler.
Lovely facilities and an extremely accommodating staff, we absolutely loved it.
The food at the pool bar could be slightly better, but it’s still good for what it is.
The location is very beautiful and conveniently situated for visiting many Algarve beaches. The hotel is clean, offers a good breakfast, and has spacious rooms. I also liked that the hotel is quite close to the beach, which is reachable with a 10-minute walk. The staff is very kind.
Perhaps I didn’t fully appreciate a couple of things: • The need to pay for parking. • Not having free water in the room (especially since the minibar was empty and the available water was purified water, which I actually like, but in a four-star hotel I would have appreciated having it provided for free in the room). • Breakfast strictly ends at 10:30, no exceptions.
Staff and location . The staff are commendable all around the hotel . Very helpful polite and courteous. The location is great for couples that wish to relax and be within walking distance of great beaches.
Premium rooms , located right next to Hotel loading bays for deliveries .. The architect that designed this building should be shot. To design a hotel where the best rooms with supposedly relaxed and tranquil outside seating and sun lounging are located within meters of all day deliveries is beyond belief , that is if a tranquil lounging experience is required which i presume it would be for most ...Read more
The options for breakfast were great. The hotel is in a great location with a short walk to the beach and great restaurants. All of the amenities at the hotel were great. Finally the staff at the hotel are really welcoming,very friendly and helpful.
Pool / food truck
There was a bit of a mix up with my room when I got there put me in a classic room when I booked a superior room . But when it was sorted the next day .
Small, easy to get around, clean
Parking was quite expensive
