The team was amazing, very friendly at the reception and the restaurant at any time of the day (we had night flights to and from Tbilisi). The view from the room (with a balcony ): My family, for whom I booked a family room with 2 bedrooms, had a view of a building and a window where guests went for a cigarette. And the 360-degree view from the top floor/restaurant, of course.
Well, I was disappointed with many things. Let's start with a fact I didn't see in reviews—the hotel is on one of the top floors of a block of flats and shares a ground floor and an elevator with people who live below the hotel floors. Friendly stuff in reception and in a restaurant.
Small imperfections by house cleaning,such as one day don't refill tees and coffees,other day don't clean ash trai. Nothing major but reception did some extra duties.
The room was amazing; I also really liked the view on the 15th floor where I had my breakfast. It's a great place and really quiet too.
Next to my room was I believe a storeroom with all the cleaning equipment, and I often heard people talk quite loudly next to my door outside. It's hard to say if they were guests or staff members, but I guess the latter.
The room was nice and large.
It doesn't look like a hotel from outside. More like an apartment building. A little cleaning and exterior design could go a long way.
Staff was super friendly everywhere :) beautiful rooftop view and the room was modern with everything you need for a nice stay. Thank you!
Beautiful facility and excellent staff (Especially, the staff on the restaurant). The breakfast was beyond our expectations. 10/10
