The location is good. The area is mostly quiet, near a park. The view from the hotel roof terrace is unique. Room furniture is rather new, and cleanliness is OK. The hotel's staff is friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was OK , not geared for English tastes the staff especially Mert & Ismail were very good
not much, the location could have been better as there were no bus or tram stops for us who have difficulty in walking Had to call taxi all the time , some had issues finding the hotel thank god for google maps
Great quiet location but only 10 minutes walk, uphill, to be in the old town. Very friendly and helpful staff.
There was plenty of food available for breakfast but it was mainly salad style. Would have liked more small fruit like raspberries etc.

If possible, I would recommend adding meat/cheese pie (börek) and pide as additional options during breakfast. Also, it would have been perfect it there was at least one day during the week when baklava was given as a desert option at breakfast. Walking distance from everything that you need to visit on that side (grand bazaar, hagia sophia, blue mosque, cistern etc), big room, quiet area, parking in front of the hotel, friendly stuff, big room.
Bathroom needs to be refurbished, the breakfast was not great (almost the same every day and nothing much to choose from), the cleaning ladies started cleaning super early in the morning and woke me up daily with noise
The staff were super nice and helpful.
It was a bit pricey for the actual property status. The curtains in the bedroom weren’t properly fixed; The bathroom airflow was not working. The room needed a refreshed paint.

This place was great, the location is great with easy access to prime historical sites and tourist destinations. A very clean and safe location. The breakfast was fresh and fantastic, most importantly the staff were excellent, they could not do enough to ensure we had all we needed and made our stay memorable. Thank you!
