This was one of my best stays EVER. They welcomed us amazingly, and the resort offers internal tuk-tuks to move around. They have two swimming pools and a private beach. Clean and beautyful. Great breakfast. Nice pool area.
Room was below the road, so we never uesed the balcony. Way too manu kids. Breakfast was nice, but terrible noise.
The quality of the hotel is really good, food at the pool is great, happy hour prices are decent
It’s a bit far from the beach bars (1km) and our first room was far up the hill (tough walk for a child)
Excellent hotel. Location, public areas, beach, rooms, spa, people everything... But, above all, the staff is excellent and especially the kitchen and restaurant staff led by Chef Oam. One of the best chefs we have met in hotels.
Beautiful and peaceful, sweet people.
Prices for food and treatments are a bit higher than in general for the area, but also to be expected. It was nice with the activities for kids, but great if it was more coordinated, so more kids could do the same activity at the same time.

We’ve booked a room at groundfloor but instead got one with a lot of stairs, not ideal when travelling with infants. Breakfast has limited choice. The system with cards for towels is really annoying (800THB / card). A couple of power outages in the middle of the night. Generally overpriced, especially laundry. recommend to do it right across the street (40THB/kg).
Lovely. Comfortable. Great views. Great breakfast. koh Lanta is gorgeous. Make use of the golf buggies to take you to your room… otherwise your calf muscles will get a work out.
Received a very warm welcome after all day travelling. Every member of staff were very friendly & helpful. Food was great!
WiFi could be a bit poor in the room. Other than that, nothing to dislike.
We loved it. Usually when we travel we don't choose big resorts but this one is the perfect example of comfortable rooms, service, beautiful garden and popular with our older children. We often had lunch by the pool and one night we had dinner at the big restaurant including sushi. Everyone loved their food. Choose the Tropical rooms!
