The most beautiful grounds at San Pedro - lots of trees, clean, gorgeous ocean front dive resort.
The development in the area unfortunately puts Ramon at risk to high pollution from both the golf carts and dive boats
The outdoors, The beach, the diving center, the pool. Very very nice
The rooms. No TV and you can hear through the walls. The bathroom is too small.
We only spent one night, but was lovely.
I loved how secluded it felt once inside the resort though it is just across from the airport and walking distance from 2 grocery stores and many restaurants. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. It really did feel like a village in the jungle. Our room was small but had a nice deck outside with comfortable chairs. Food was overpriced and not as good as the restaurant just up the beach. The pricing was misleading as we thought it was in US dollars. That should be clearer on the menu. I was disappointed they only provided 2 small bottles of water. The tap water was supposed to be safe but it tasted like chemicals to me. The microwave controls didn't work well. The location, layout and ambiance can't be beat. Right on the beach, dive shop on the dock, area to snorkel and central location. The cabin was facing the water with an outstanding view. Not crowded, yet close to restaurants and airport. Really it felt very secluded.
Perhaps it is something with the Caye but the service from the staff was a bit off. Except for the maid who was very friendly and helpful. The reception staff - seemed a bit distracted and disinterested. They did their job but no more. Pineapple's wait staff was ok - one gentleman was great - knew facts about all states. Very friendly. It felt like a tropical resort with the thatched rooftops, lush green plants and the beautiful beach. The staff were nice and helpful. We enjoyed having a cappuccino in a mug looking out over the beach and the beautiful ocean. It was the best way to start our day.
Location was great. Within easy walk for everything you need. U could also easily never go anywhere and be perfectly content. A restaurant is on site. Check-in (and out) was easy. Lovely beach and pier. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. I could go on and on.
Leaving. Haha In all seriousness, the only small thing would be that there is no liquor at the bar. Only beer and wine.

Excellent location. Located close to the airport and to town. Great bar located across the street called Carlos and Ernie’s Runway bar and Grill.
Jungle mini room was mini.
