Breakfast was the best part of the experience, everything was super fresh and delicious
It was 20 min drive from the downtown, but the view of the sea worth that driving
Location is great
The property is dated and in urgent need for renovation
We had booked two junior suites facing the sea. To cut a long story short, the service on the desk when we arrived was unacceptable. The hotel was overbooked but the person on the desk would not admit it and insisted that we were in the wrong and he wanted to downgrade the two women in our party to a standard room overlooking the road. Good hotel along the incoming road to Van. Good shower, not hard but stable. Good restaurant!
The terrace can be quite noisy from early in the morning.
Our room was spacious, comfortable, quiet and very clean, with great views overlooking the lake. Staff were excellent, friendly and efficient. Breakfast was of a high standard, buffet style with a wide range to choose from and served on ground floor overlooking Lake Van. We also had dinner twice, which was delicious and reasonably priced. Nice understated more western design. The staff were very nice.
The hotel is close to a busy road, so it is noisy. It was very hot in the room even with the window open (although the heating was not on), so it was difficult to sleep.
Everything was great. Very warm staff. Since I have celiac disease, they provided me with gluten-free bread for breakfast and informed me about dishes that might contain gluten.
Nothing.
The balcony has a great view of the lake. The staff very friendly and kind, the restaurant very good.
The bathroom door in our room couldn't close.
Nice room with beautiful sunrise and sunset view. Room a nice size and bed very comfortble.
Had dinner in the hotel restaurant but not very good.
The lake landscape by the room is wonderfull.
SPA or hamam center is not availbale.
