The hotel was overbooked but the person on the desk would not admit it and insisted that we were in the wrong and he wanted to downgrade the two women in our party to a standard room overlooking the road. Pros (+) Our room was spacious, comfortable, quiet and very clean, with great views overlooking the lake. Staff were excellent, friendly and efficient. Pros (+) Nice understated more western design. The staff were very nice.
Cons (-) The hotel is close to a busy road, so it is noisy. It was very hot in the room even with the window open (although the heating was not on), so it was difficult to sleep.
