Our room was spacious, comfortable, quiet and very clean, with great views overlooking the lake. Staff were excellent, friendly and efficient. Nice understated more western design. The staff were very nice.
The hotel is close to a busy road, so it is noisy. It was very hot in the room even with the window open (although the heating was not on), so it was difficult to sleep.
Everything was great. Very warm staff. Since I have celiac disease, they provided me with gluten-free bread for breakfast and informed me about dishes that might contain gluten.

The balcony has a great view of the lake. The staff very friendly and kind, the restaurant very good.
The bathroom door in our room couldn't close.

We had a fantastic stay at Ramada Van! The hotel is located on the shores of the Van Lake and offers its guests the most amazing view ever! It is about 13 km far from the city center, which can be easily reached by taxi or public transport. We used the Van Bus App to track the bus in real time. The room was very nice. Comfy bed, good breakfast, beautiful view on the lake, nice bathroom. Easy to park the car, good location 10 mins from the city center.
There is no bath, just shower, in the bathroom. The room description in Booking should be corrected accordingly.
