Location and Staff are both exceptionally great, Amira at reception is always with a huge smile and all very willing to help and assist with an exceptional service level. My favorite place to stay in Beirut for business.

However, I did experience some issues. The internet was interrupted on the day of check-out, which was quite frustrating. Although the team explained it was a provider issue, it still affected my plans. The hotel's location is amazing! right in the center of downtown Beirut, and a few minutes away from main areas like Zaytouna Bay, Beirut Souks and the Nijmeh square. Rooms are good compared to the price, and staff are so helpful and welcoming. They made us feel at home!
The beds are a little small and the pillows are not very comfortable which was a problem. Also the breakfast did not include a lot of varieties.

Thé réception staff was friendly and supportive. Specially Amira and very nice receptionist . She was available for type of service inquiries . A very professional team.
