The entire city is being rebuilt after the devastating earthquake and so is the neighborhood around the hotel. This is arguably the newest hotel in the city. It is not that far from the airport. Hotel staff very kind and welcoming and helpful with some English. Room had kitchenette which appeared dated but still brand new. Bed pretty comfortable. The room reeked of cigarette smoke so we asked for a different room which had less smell. (When we came up the elevator later that day we noticed the staff had the door of that previous room ajar, presumably to air it out.) The room was very large , comfortable , the hotel is well located near the highway and in front of a lively street full of restaurants and cafes .
The room was apparently clean but I am sure the linens had not been changed as there was hair on them - not ours . The bathroom had just ONE towel and we had to speak to three people to get another one . The room has a “vanity” with no electrical outlet to use the head dryer . Breakfast was not good
Very friendly staff, few even speaking English. Very good location with a lot of cafeterias and restaurants near by.
Had some problems with getting an invoice by the check out but finally everything was done.
It was well kept, clean and nicely furnished good sized rooms. The staff were incredibly friendly and super helpful. The breakfast was very good.
It was the second time i choose Ramada in Turkey and it meets my expectations : cleanness of the room, comfy. The staff was very nice. You can find markets, restaurants and good bakery in the vicinity

It could have been cleaner, in my opinion. Being from a famous hotel chain.. usually, everything is almost perfect. At least, this has been my experience in other countries where I've stayed at these type of hotels.
The staff was super friendly, they called a tourist agency to ask the trail I wanted to do by car, just to confirm it was correct. The breakfast is very good, rooms are clean and hospitality is very good. It's better than many 5 star hotels I've been to
