so, amenities is good! few swimming pools, aqua slides, playground was perfect for my brave 2,5 years old boy. breakfast was so good! steamed omelette, fruits and vegetables, cereal, warm milk, buns and cookies. and also popcorn, donuts, yogurt with sugar, so sugar level is definitely increased on this vacation.
I don’t know what reason, probably AC, but we slept 9 hours at night and still was with no power for the day. firstly I thought it’s because our toddler slept with us, but we stayed in airport hotel and slept with son on bed twice smaller for 7 hours and felt refreshed. we slept with ac on every night

The hotel is fantastic! You could easily spend your whole stay inside, as everything you need is available on-site. The rooms are spacious, and the breakfast is delicious, offering both Western and Chinese dishes. - The hairdryer was a bit too hot and didn’t have a concentrator nozzle for more comfortable use. - Also, the Wi-Fi worked well for Chinese websites, but had trouble loading international sites (they just didn't work at all) — though we understand this is not the hotel's fault.Read more
I liked breakfast, the view, help and involvement of the staff, clean room, self laundry. I liked the beach, there are no crowds of tourists and I liked the walking health path, very pleasant to walk at any time of the day

Being from UK, would have liked someone who could have helped us organise day trips. Pool bar was very restrictive for snacks and could have done with a better variety of alcohol drinks
It was an amazing experience. We liked attitude and service staff and dedication of whole hotel personnel. Sanya and Ramada are definitely the places we will return to.
We were struggling with food because we were not adopted to spicy food. But we were ready for this, taking into account that we were visiting China

We are very pleased with our stay at this hotel. The price/quality is 10/10. We were pleased with the good cleaning of the room. We would like to thank the attentive receptionist Risan for helping us order a taxi. The hotel also has a Russian-speaking guide Misha, who helps organize excursions, transfers, treatment, etc.
Room is large and very comfortable with far view of the sea. Able to see sunrise. Breakfast is excellent. Seek assistance for our luggage and urgent laundry. Staff attended to our requests immediately. Front desk staff are helpful and friendly, ready to provide us the travel info around. Staff greet guests as they move around the hotel.
