Pros (+) Staff at reception is not really speaking English but always does their best to help you, they will translate from Chinese for you and help as much as they can. Wide breakfast menu. Large rooms with friendly service personnel.

Pros (+) Breakfast & location was OK if you are accustomed to Chinese ingredients for the breakfast, and the location was close enough to walk to the subway station.
Cons (-) Cooling system(air conditioner) was not working properly so we had to ask to change our room. It turned out the new room also was not cool either. So they gave us a cooling fan instead. The BIGGEST problem for this hotel is that it is hard to find someone who speaks English well. We had problems communicating with clerks. They were unable to speak not even basic English so it was surprising that t...

Pros (+) We requested a bathtub and were immediately given one as we had booked a room with one. Loved the bathtub. Its close to the subway and bus stop. It's close to South Lake /Nan Hu

Cons (-) Very little support outside of Chinese, so foreign guests from several areas of the world had trouble checking in or asking for things. The location is not great, there's not much around and it's a pretty long walk to the metro.

Pros (+) The room was great! It had a bath and the beds were so comfy. The food at the hotel was delicious and the staff were super helpful and spoke excellent English.
Cons (-) Didn’t get the double bed we asked for and instead got a twin room.
