Pros (+) The best hotel value in Panama City. The beds are comfy and high quality. They don't use too much fragrance in the rooms so our allergies were fine. The location is perfect. We can walk to our fave coffee shops and health food store and restaurants. We've tried lots of hotels in PC but keep coming back here. Great quality and super staff.

Pros (+) Super nice stuff. Very good breakfast. We got early check-in and late check-out for free. A lot of restaurants and bars nearby. The restaurant in the hotel is also nice though a bit more expensive than outside.

Pros (+) Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Room had a nice view of the ocean.
Cons (-) Housekeeping could do a much better job in keeping the rooms cleaner I.E bathroom. Maintance needs to improve the hot water system. Took 15-20 minutes of allowing the shower water to run before any sign of hot water would start flowing. ( What a waste of fresh water ) Room A/C system needs improvement. Pros (+) Everything was wonderful! The staff was wonderful. They were attentive, kind, polite and efficient. Breakfast was varied and well displayed. The amenities were easily accessible. And the view from my room was fantastic!
Cons (-) The only complaint I have is that there were mosquitoes in my room.
